Warranty Terms
This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, and will be covered only for a new bike purchased at an authorized Bagibike reseller. The repairs under this warranty will only be carried out by the authorized reseller from whom the product was purchased. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description in this limited warranty. The manufacturer warrants this product, including the batteries, motor, controller, to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the receipt date. This limited warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear, tires, inner tubes, cables, hoses, chain, electric wires, broken parts, or any damage, failure, or loss caused by any person or others after the bicycle assembly, set up, storage, or maintenance. Any changes on this bicycle are not allowed. Damages caused by water, corrosion also are not covered by this warranty. This warranty covers normal use only and according to the user manual. It does not cover the product due to misuse, neglect, accident, or seller service. Any attempt of repair done by not a Bagibike authorized reseller (other than tires and normal adjustments) will void the warranty. The repairs under warranty will be made by the Bagibike authorized reseller only. Bagibike will send the parts required for replacement under warranty to the authorized reseller, and he will repair them. The warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the bike or parts to Bagbike and back if the customer does not want to go to an authorized reseller. The serial No. of the bicycle and the battery should be written in the invoice
