Step-through e-bikes typically have handlebars that are positioned slightly higher than the handlebars on a step-over bike, which, along with the slanted design, provides the most upright riding position. This helps maintain a good posture while riding, causing less stress on your neck and back.

Additionally, the extra space the slanted frame creates allows for extra cargo room, which can be safely secured with mounts and carrier bags. A rider can casually carry around items without being restricted by a step-over design.

You can return the bikes in their original carton if you haven't taken them out of the box within 7 days of arrival. Shipping and handling will be charged.

Step-through e-bikes don't have a high top tube, creating more of a v-shaped frame, while traditional step-over e-bikes have a horizontal or diagonal top bar, creating a triangle frame style. Step-through e-bikes are easier to mount and dismount since you don't have to lift your leg over the top bar.
