Wonder why
"Disappointed that I had to buy a whole new lock and key instead of just buying a key to match the original lock number."

What our customer say about us
Just what I needed.
Could not be happier with my purchase. My Bagi arrived all assembled. After a few tweaks of the derailer I have zipping around doing local errands and enjoying.

Happy with my new front light
I got a B27 that I bought in 2021 and it is a truly quality machine. I have researched and tried a number of other bikes of all types and prices. The B27 shines along all of them. Well designed with great balance of components. I really like 9 levels of PAS, really gives you an ability to fine tune your cadence. Only changes I made to the bike I sRead more about review stating B27 shineswapped out the knobby tires for Schalwbe Super Moto X.

Fits and works great
Got this bike because it is mountain bike like, but with an upright ride. Handlebars are up real high so you dont have to lean over and it is slightly pedal forward. I turned off the governor on the screen by changings the setting on the LCD to class 0 and it does 28. I wish it had torque sending pedal assist. I has 9 level PAS and isnt jerky likeRead more about review stating fun bike some other ebikes i have tried.
